Event Terms & Safety｜活动条款与安全须知
These terms apply to the APOA Mid-Autumn Gathering & Annual Conference 2026 and are designed to help everyone enjoy a safe, respectful and well-organised community event.
本须知适用于 APOA 中秋聚会暨 2026 年会，目的是帮助所有参加者在安全、友善、有秩序的环境中参加活动。
1. Registration and Attendance｜报名与参加
Please register using accurate contact details. APOA may use the information you provide to manage attendance, send event updates, confirm your Event Pass and contact you if there are important changes.
请使用真实、准确的联系方式报名。APOA 可能使用您提交的资料处理签到、发送活动通知、确认电子票，以及在活动安排有重要变化时与您联系。
Each registration is for the named attendee only unless the event page states otherwise. If you would like to invite a friend, please ask them to register with their own APOA account and complete their own form.
除非活动页面另有说明，每份报名仅限报名者本人参加。如需邀请朋友参加，请邀请对方使用自己的 APOA 账号完成报名。
2. Food Safety, Allergies and Dietary Requirements｜食品安全、过敏与特殊饮食
Food may be provided by commercial food suppliers or event partners. APOA will take reasonable care when coordinating food arrangements, but cannot guarantee that any food or venue environment is completely free from allergens.
活动餐食可能由商业食品供应商或活动合作方提供。APOA 会在餐食协调中尽合理注意义务，但不能保证所有食物或现场环境完全不含过敏原。
If you have food allergies, intolerances, medical dietary needs, religious dietary requirements or other important restrictions, please tell APOA as early as possible before the event. You may also choose to bring suitable food for your own needs where appropriate.
如您有食物过敏、不耐受、医疗饮食需求、宗教饮食要求或其他重要饮食限制，请尽早在活动前告知 APOA。必要时，您也可以根据自身情况准备适合自己的食物。
3. Onsite Safety and Emergencies｜现场安全及紧急情况
Please follow venue rules, safety signs and reasonable instructions from APOA organisers, volunteers, venue staff or emergency personnel. In an emergency, contact an organiser immediately and follow any evacuation or safety directions.
请遵守场地方规定、安全标识，以及 APOA 组织者、志愿者、场地方工作人员或紧急服务人员的合理指引。如遇紧急情况，请立即联系现场工作人员，并配合疏散或安全安排。
If you feel unwell, have mobility concerns or need assistance during the event, please let an organiser or volunteer know as soon as possible.
如您身体不适、行动不便，或活动期间需要协助，请尽快告知现场组织者或志愿者。
4. Children and Minors｜儿童及未成年人
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children and minors who attend with them. Children should not be left unattended at the venue, near food service areas, entrances, exits, equipment or any restricted areas.
携带儿童或未成年人参加活动的家长或监护人，应持续负责看护与安全。请勿让儿童在会场、餐食区域、出入口、设备附近或限制区域无人看管。
5. Personal Belongings｜个人物品保管
Please keep your personal items with you and take reasonable care of valuables, bags, phones and documents. If you find or lose an item, please contact an APOA organiser or volunteer.
请自行妥善保管贵重物品、包袋、手机及证件。如有遗失或拾获物品，请联系 APOA 现场组织者或志愿者。
6. Photography and Video｜摄影摄像
APOA may take photographs or video during the event for community records, newsletters, social media, website updates and future event promotion. We aim to use images respectfully and in context.
APOA 可能在活动现场拍摄照片或视频，用于社区记录、小报、社交媒体、网站更新及未来活动宣传。我们会尽量以尊重、合适的方式使用影像资料。
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please tell APOA before the event or speak to an organiser at check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.
如您不希望入镜，请在活动前告知 APOA，或在签到时向现场工作人员说明。我们会尽合理努力尊重您的选择。
7. Program, Guests and Timing｜活动安排、嘉宾及时间
Event times, speakers, guests, venue arrangements, catering details and program order may change due to operational needs, venue requirements, weather, illness or other circumstances. APOA will aim to communicate material changes where practical.
活动时间、嘉宾、场地安排、餐食细节及节目顺序可能因现场执行、场地方要求、天气、健康或其他情况而调整。APOA 会在可行范围内通知重要变化。
8. Community Conduct｜现场行为规范
APOA events are community spaces. Please be respectful to other attendees, speakers, volunteers, venue staff and organisers. Harassment, intimidation, unsafe behaviour, discrimination, aggressive conduct or disruptive behaviour is not acceptable.
APOA 活动是社区交流空间。请尊重其他参加者、嘉宾、志愿者、场地方工作人员及组织者。骚扰、恐吓、不安全行为、歧视、攻击性言行或严重干扰现场秩序的行为均不被接受。
APOA may take reasonable steps to protect the safety and comfort of attendees, including refusing entry or asking someone to leave if serious safety or conduct concerns arise.
如出现严重安全或行为问题，APOA 可采取合理措施保护参加者安全与活动秩序，包括拒绝入场或请相关人员离场。
9. Privacy and Registration Information｜隐私与报名资料
Your registration information is handled in line with APOA’s existing Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use. Event records may be used for attendance management, safety communication, member services, community updates and lawful administrative purposes.
您的报名资料将按照 APOA 现有的 Privacy Policy 及网站 Terms of Use 处理。活动记录可能用于签到管理、安全通知、会员服务、社区更新及合法的行政管理用途。
10. General Information Only｜一般信息而非专业建议
Property, rental, legal, financial, tax, insurance or investment discussions shared during the event are provided for general community information only. They do not replace advice from qualified professionals who understand your personal circumstances.
活动中关于房产、租赁、法律、财务、税务、保险或投资的分享，仅为一般社区信息交流，不构成针对个人情况的专业建议，也不能替代合资格专业人士的意见。
11. Accessibility and Special Assistance｜无障碍与特殊协助
If you need accessibility support, seating assistance, language assistance or other reasonable adjustments, please contact APOA before the event where possible so we can plan appropriately.
如您需要无障碍协助、座位安排、语言协助或其他合理便利，请尽量在活动前联系 APOA，以便我们提前安排。

For allergies, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, photography preferences or event questions, please contact APOA before the event or speak with a volunteer at check-in.
