As a non-profit organization, the Australian Property Owners Alliance (APOA) has always adhered to the philosophy of “serving landlords and contributing to the community” since its establishment. The free platform we provide not only helps Australian landlords to share knowledge, experiences, and resources but also serves as a solid backing for the protection of landlords’ rights. However, behind all this, there is a group of enthusiastic landlord volunteers who shoulder the daily work of the organization and contribute countless efforts and time to the development of the alliance.
The volunteer team is the core strength of our alliance. From the operation and maintenance of the platform to the planning and execution of activities, from the sharing of knowledge to the integration of resources, almost every aspect is managed by these landlord volunteers. They selflessly give without expecting anything in return, with the sole goal of providing help and support to other landlords and building a strong and supportive community. The dedication of the volunteers ensures the continuous operation of the platform, promoting better outcomes for Australian landlords in investment, management, and rights protection.
The composition of the volunteer team is extremely diverse. Our volunteers come from all over Australia, covering different age groups, professional backgrounds, and cultural backgrounds. Some volunteers are young investors, full of passion and innovative thinking; some are experienced senior landlords with profound insights into the market and policies; and others are industry experts with professional backgrounds in law, finance, property management, etc. Their diversity not only gives the volunteer team strong comprehensive strength but also brings different perspectives and rich resources.
